Not necessarily. As the owner, if you wish to arrange an exchange of one or more of your normally rented rooms for the home of a network member in another town, that would be an acceptable use of the network. Or you could agree to host a member at OUR going rate for 1-3 nights, and, in turn, use the exchange function yourself.
