USAGE
You agree to use Mexico Hospitality Network (MHN) and www.mexicohospitality.com (The Site) solely for its explicitly intended purposes. Your use of The Site is conditional on your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth by MHN and constitutes your acceptance of these terms and all reasonable variations and interpretations.
You are prohibited from using The Site and MHN's membership to solicit business of any kind. Your participation as a member does not constitute your formation of a business. The acceptance of a small gratuity from members you host is solely to help defray costs of hosting.
You are prohibited from using The Site to post, facilitate, or encourage communications or activity of any kind that may be construed as threatening, obscene, pornographic, profane, or in in any other nature offends the spirit of MHN or encourages or promotes illegal activity.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
You acknowledge that Mexico Hospitality Network (MHN) is not responsible for the accuracy of any information posted by members, the conditions of homes, accommodations provided, arrangements made between or among members, the actions and conduct of individual members whether on The Site or in member homes, or any other information posted by a member on The Site or in private correspondence with other members.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that MHN is not liable in any way for any losses, damages, or costs incurred or claims made against you as a result of your membership and / or use of the site. Furthermore, neither MHN nor any other party involved in producing or operating the site can be held liable to you for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages, costs, losses or liabilities resulting from your use of The Site or any linked websites.
INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the owners of MHN and operators of The Site against any and all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses, liabilities and losses suffered by MHN directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of your obligations under the agreement.
TERMINATION
MHN reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time if you breach any obligations under this agreement or if MHN receives complaints from two or more members about your conduct as a member. MHN reserves the right to cease operation at any time, for any reason, without any monetary or other obligation to members. All Memberships, including annual, lifetime, or other, cease when MHN ceases operations.
CHANGES
Changes to The Site may be made at any time at the sole discretion of MHN without notifying members. Such changes may include modifications and/or deletions to any material posted by any member. MHN reserves the right, in it's sole discretion, to modify or delete member information and postings in order to maintain control over the quality MHN and in the best interest of members.
Revisions to these terms and conditions may be made at any time at the sole discrection of MHN without notifying members. Your continued use of the site or activity as a member of MHN constitutes your acceptance of any and all such changes.
MHN owns the copyright to all written and visual content contained within the site. You will not copy or use the material in any way without express permission from MHN. Any disputes will be settled in San Miguel de Allende, GTO, Mexico.
